Successor to her wildly popular award-winning restaurant in Barcelona, Hawker 45, Hawker Street Food Bar’s concept is bold yet approachable, with a hint of nostalgia. Blurring the lines between diverse cuisines, the menu serves street food refined into a modern Asian fusion cuisine that breaks with tradition while putting flavor at its heart.
Hawker Street Food Bar draws inspiration from Asia’s original working-class heroes and true entrepreneurs – street hawkers serving authentic local fare filled with flavor at an affordable price.
